Ray retired from Atwood Mobile Products
as Production Manager in 2008. Ray is a
lifetime resident of Antwerp. He is the
son of Ursie Hemenover, who lives in
Antwerp. Ray is a single father of two
sons, Andrew and Anthony who both reside
in Antwerp and he has one brother who
lives in Las Vegas, NV. Ray graduated
from Antwerp High School. Ray served 3
years in the U.S. Army with the Airborne
Division. He is a member of the V.F.W.
Post 5087, American Legion Post 0253, a
member of the National Republican Party
and National Rifle Association. Ray
enjoys golfing, motorsports, hunting and
fishing.

Sara has lived in Paulding County for 20
years and was the former Paulding County
Economic Development Director. She wrote
and helped administer the Antwerp
Downtown Revitalization Grant and
assisted Spec Temp in its expansion in
1995. Sara attended Defiance College and
Northwest State Community College. She
and her husband Don have two children;
Katie, who attends Bluffton University
and Travis a junior at Paulding High
School. Sara enjoys high school and
college basketball and flower gardening.
Sara is located at 109 Water Plant Drive
and is available Monday through Friday
9-4.

Loretta Baker, fiscal officer of the
Village started in July of 2007. Her
duties are to pay the Villages expenses,
track and deposit the revenue and be
accountable for each of the Village's
funds. She is available for public
records, such as Council minutes,
Ordinances, etc. Stop in at Town Hall
for any questions you may have regarding
the Village Business.
Loretta is located at 118 North Main
St., and is available Monday through
Friday 9-2.

1977. Karen is in her second term with Antwerp
Village Council. Karen's hobby is flower
gardening and she has been doing it for
8 years with plenty to learn yet. Anyone

Jan Reeb

Jan first served the Village as
Clerk-Treasurer. After resigning from
that position, she ran for and was
elected to Antwerp Village Council. Jan
is in her fourth term as a council
member. Jan has lived in Antwerp for
over 50 years. She has been married to
John Reeb for 37 years and has two sons,
Jason (deceased) and Matthew. Jan has
one grandson, Isaac. Jan babysits at her
home and is available and always
welcomes phone calls from village
citizens at any time.

years. He is retired Vacational
School Teacher. Rudie's spouse,
Nancy (deceased) was a council member
for two terms. Rudie is very
active in volunteering for community

Larry Ryan

Larry is 64 years old and has been an
Antwerp resident for 60 years. He is a
graduate of Antwerp High School and has
a BS Degree in Business from Indiana
University. Larry is retired from Ferro
Corp in Stryker, OH where he was the
Plant Manager from 1999 until retirement
in Jan. 2008.

Village Solicitor
Melanie Farr
Melanie is the Solicitor for the Village
of Antwerp. She has served in this
position since 2001. She represents and
advises the Village’s public officials
on various legal issues involving
municipal government. Melanie is a
member of the law firm of Haller &
Colvin, P.C., located at 444 East Main
Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has
been with Haller & Colvin since 1998,
and she is licensed to practice law in
Ohio and Indiana. She is a member of the
Ohio Bar Association, Indiana Bar
Association, Allen County Bar
Association, and Ohio Municipal League.
Melanie is a lifelong member of the
Antwerp community and is raising her
family here.
